Step 1
Using a drive rod and
hammer, drive anchor into the ground
at the same angle you’re tying off to

Once driven to proper depth, retrieve
drive rod
Step 3
Pull up on cable end to set anchor
horizontally in ground
The 3" & 4"anchors are made of high quality 11 gauge
galvanized steel and the 4” & 6" is heat treated aluminum
all with a matched 1/8", 3/16" or 1/4" galvanized aircraft
cable assembly. American Earth Anchor’s & Quickvise
combine superior holding, ease of installation and
dependability at a very affordable price. The cables are
gripped by spring-loaded jaws which tighten more
securely as the cables are tensioned, the Quickvise hold
the cables at over 75% of the breaking strength of the cable.
Just drill a hole - insert the Quickvise - pull the cable
through - it’s that easy.

To use the Quickvise, drill a hole through the end post and pull the cable through the hole. Then put the Quickvise on the
cable and tap it lightly into the hole. If final tensioning is to be done with the Quickvise, it is recommended to pull the wire to
the end post, then push the slack through the hole.
